At Archic Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture carriers will contact you to schedule a convenient window for doorstep pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned piece, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
